Glad to here your keeping the old Dodge windshield clean. I cant help you with the wiper part. Hemmings Motor News has listings for Vacume to electric conversions . 12 or 6volts, Hope this helps Bill.I know the vac type is a little slow on the hills,but I love to here the sound the vacume motor makes . Theres no need to hurry in Powerwagons there is to much to enjoy!!! Take care ,Good luck
