An alkyd based paint is inferior to the modern coatings such as Polyurea, Polyurethane, Epoxy, Zinc or Zinc EpoxyUrethane to name a few. There is no way that your alkyd based paint called Zero rust is better than a white Metal Sandblast with like a Zinc Epoxy primer, High Build epoxy intermediate coat and High Solids Polyurethane top coat. There are many coatings systems that will exceed 2000+ hours in a salt spray. Your Zero Rust alkyd based paint doesn't impress me and If was to rip down a truck to refinish it I would never use it.
