1937 M-37 Ambulances don't exist.

First, the proper model is an M-43, which is a stretched M37 chassis with an ambulance body.

Second, the M-37 family was built from 1950-1954 and from 1958 to approx 1968 with gaps.

To tell the difference in the ambulances, the WWII 1/2 ton has a cutout in the side behind the driver for a spare tire. This cutout is entirely below the raised beltline that runs around the body. On the 3/4 ton WWII ambulance, the spare tire cutout cuts through this raised beltline. The M43 ambulance has totally flat sides including above the front doors, whereas both WWII ambulances has a rounded header piece with both doors recessed below it.
