Glen... I have E7018 ,E7014,E 6011,E6013 in cardboard boxes. Some aluminium rod , some nickle rods in plastic bags with instructions, (They look like samples)but the flux has completely broken off the rod and is now dust. The ones in the plastic bags were wet for some time . As for rods that were in cardboard flux seems bonded well .
