1970 Dodge W200 restored about 7 years ago and has been driven about 7000 miles since. It was a big block automatic when I got it, but was a junkyard car engine. It now has a J code 440 with automatic that was built for severe duty.. Built to HP+ spec, form top to bottom all the best available parts and pieces went into the engine before it was balanced on state of the art equipment New crank ,forged pistons, Lunati cam, ported and polished heads w/ biggest valves installed. HD radiator with temp controlled auxiliary cooling fans do a good job. A 750 barry grant demon carb on a Eldelbrock torqer manifold, Mopar premium ignition, Hedman headers, Performax exhaust, 10 qt Milodan oil pan.

No shortage of horsepower. Very good street manners, and is pleasant to drive. It connects to a 4 pinion HD built up 727 via a Art Carr torque converter built specifically for the application. The NP 205 2 spd gear drive transfercase is fully rebuilt as well as the later Dana 60 rear diff (w/ limited slip) and the front Dana 44 (w/ ARB air locker) CV joint rear drive line smooths out normal driving. The front diff is a later open knuckle 44 with dual piston disc brakes, both diffs fully rebuilt (4.10)with KYB shocks all around.

New Warn premium lock out hubs. Power steering, and power disc brakes. New glove box insert. The rear suspension has a Kelderman air ride suspension that is adjustable by pressure or auto level, ride is very nice. Does not beat you, and long distance is a pleasure. It has a 51 gallon fuel tank tool box combo in the back bed. The behind the seat tank is gone and replaced with a out of site rifle case holder(included) .

The interior was done in a NOS Ford gray and black material (seat cover on, never sat on) that goes well with the red truck. Headliner done in a german wool black carpet. Wheels and tires are stock 8 lug steel rims (Ford I think) with Dunlop radial rover tires. Most of the chrome body script was removed and filled in during the body work process. Custom front and rear bumpers are stout and a 8k Warn winch is on the front. It can be controlled by the warn plug in or dash mounted control. Headlights and driving lights are Hella and there is a switch to have red/ white or no interior light.

Upwards of $40k and countless hours were invested in this vehicle to get it to where it is. This truck runs excellent in every way and is well sorted. Was built for horse trailer towing in mind. This is a premium vehicle, not stock but the some of the best years of Mopar make this truck very special.

No disappointments. For more information call Rich Rivers at 707.496.7131 or email to forivers@gmail.com
