1948 on 2004 chassis

I need ideas. I dropped a 1948 (crew cab) on a dodge 2500 crew cab 2004 chassis with 6bt.. Everything is working except trying to get the nose over the inner cooler. Haveing a custom radiator made so its a non issue.. I'm trying not to extend the nose.... Help!
