Manny gave many good suggestions.
M37's often are low mileage vehicles - especially if they went direct from the military to becoming a VFD brush truck. That happened very often.
As such, those drums often have less wear than those on the power wagons, which were "ridden hard and put up wet".
The drums are interchangeable, so if it was me I would look at some good M37 drums to put on a flatfender PW.
