I suppose, but that's just the general term used to talk about trucks that get used for their intended purpose.
Seeing polished trucks spending most of their life on steel trowel finished garage floors makes me cringe much more than seeing one broke down from years of hard work. Get out and use your truck before you forget why it was built.
