thanks. i am a true believer in the power wagon / wc 3/4 family of vehicles. it is the purest form of old iron. period.
we are fortunate that guys like cc sammy is making parts for our trucks. being able to buy a power wagon and get parts that were once hard to get have made it easy to bring a truck back from the dead. the quality of the repro parts is amazing considering the return on investment. i restored a beat up & rusted command car and the most enjoyable part of the project was finding guys like midwest military who made tailgates, running boards and other hard to find parts available for those who need them.
now that i am done, i see that john is now making seat frames, floors, tailgates, runningboards, rear decks, top bows, etc. I see it is a plus. lots of command cars will see the light of day again.
a power wagon that is able to be put back together using quality repro parts is something to be welcomed. any truck saved from a rusty grave or from the crusher is a good thing.
