Does Runs, Stops, and Drives make a good $5000 truck

How many times have i seen this type of add and when i inquire about the truck in depth they realy dont answer me.I usally find that these trucks are realy $2500 or less trucks that the owner has found and having done nothing to it are trying to double or better there money. A good $5000 or + truck is 1. a road ready and state inspectable if you have state inspection good tires, new brake cylinders,lines all have been replaced.all exhust work done 2 The body is complete pick up bed is there, trucks without pickup bed are not worth as much unless they have specialty bodys dump etc. Also excellent orginal shape barn fresh untouched would qualfy for $5000+ status. When selling it is best to tell all the trucks + and - even if you lose the sale Runs, Stops, and Drives dosent cut it .
