Today I received my April issue of Power Wagon Advertiser...pre read. Something how most months those little sticky-tabs that keep the Advertiser closed are torn open; our Postal Service at it's best. I thought it was a Federal offense to tamper with ones mail? Maybe not so if you're a Federal employee!
