Dave's blade looks like a Stockland Hydro-blade I have shown in a piece of sales literature from Wikomi Mfg. C., Litchfield, Illinois. It shows one "horn" instead of the semi-circular rams horns framework we are familiar with. Apparently, Wikomi acquired the rights to produce the hydro-blades and hydro-scoops at some point in time. The piece of literature is not dated, but was definitely produced sometime after 1960 as it shows the blade and scoop in use on a Stratton Lift equipped Jeep (which did not come out until 1960).
It appears Dave's Stratton blade is a 60's something model.
