i had an old employer burn them on a plasma cutter and punch the lug holes, used an old hub to get the exact tolerance so it is not out of round. I indexed off the old hub center and had the burn out centers machined on a lathe. Once the center was true then i hit the outside of the burn outs outer edge to make sure they were true. We put the old rim center "deuce and half wheels" and milled it to fit the centers. snug fit !!
