I think your irght it will bolt in but I am keeping thisone stock. I kinda like the non synchro 1st and 2nd. Plus this truck is only slant 6 powered so I use it for hauling not towing. The 435 is better for towing for sure. especialy theon ones with the d3 or d4 designation. no granny low in those 435s, nice spread for towing
