AB Linn has been selling kits of M37 brake innards cheaply on ebay, and seems to have master and wheel cylinders too. Find "ablinn" on ebay and email him to see what he has. He sort of rotates through what he lists, but seems to usually have some left of everything he used to sell too. His prices are good and he's real fair on shipping. He'll cram a flat-rate box full of more stuff than you'd ever think would go in there.
