In case you haven't heard, Tim came off the Appalachian Trail after one week of hiking. Something about sore feet. Who woulda thunk it. Tim showed up a week early at Joel's place in Greene County, PA. We all got together over the weekend. Luckily, I convinced Tim to stick around since he had the week off anyway to help me rebuild the pole barn on our farm in Greene County. So far, we cleared everything out of the ground floor, excavated for a new concrete floor, repaired a broken post, removed the rotten wood siding, framed for new metal siding, and relocated a door and ramp to the second floor. The whole gang showed up on Sunday to watch Tim work while I fixed the leaky fuel filter on my 7.3L deisel. We learned Keith had the week off for spring break so we recruited him also. Joel really put his head into his work, twice catching a flying house jack fixture square on the head. John S. and John W.S. delivered the leaf springs for the WC-60 and dropped off John's seat to be reupholstered. We will be working through the week and into the weekend.

Plans are shaping up for another work day this Saturday and a mini-rally on Sunday. Rumer has it that Rob volunteered to install a radiant heat floor in exchange for a case of beer. If you are in the neighborhood of Mount Morris, PA, stop by and we will put you to work, too!
