need dually wheel spacers for 1970 W300

I'm looking for a set of 2-2.5" dually wheel spacers for my 1970 W300, 8 lug x 6.5" with 5/8 studs. I can only find ones made with 9/16" studs. Does anyone have a source for these parts?
