Ron, having your son by your side in business is great. Both of my sons have been coming to work with me since they were 8 or 9. Now they are in their mid 30s and we are still in business together. They don't need me, but they continue to show me respect for the things I have taught them and will pass on to them. Both are married and our "outside of the job" time is limited, but valued. Some of my fondest memories are wound together with camping, firewood trips, hunting, and fishing together. My wife and 2 daughters were always along on the camping and firewood trips, not so much the hunting and fishing. I only wish I had a fraction of these memories of times with my dad. He was always working, trying for a "better life", until he died at 56.
