Good/Cheap drill press?

I know that never goes together but I broke the 30 year old one we have and am shopping for a new one. I hate to just buy a crappy Harbor Freight one but hate to spend twice as much for the same quality of an import.

Any opinions on a Jet 354402 that is 1 1/2 HP and 20" model 12 speed.

Also looking at a Delta 17" 17-959L that is half the price but not as big and powerful.

I don't have room for an old mill or a huge old commercial one and I don't have 3 phase either.

Any ideas or opinions welcome.
