Just realized what that thing was

I got a power wagon with no heater and it had a vacume cleaner looking thing mounted to the dash with defrost tubes hooked to it. No water hoses.
Whoever can guess what it is can have their choice of a genuine power wagon rear fender bracket or wiper motor.
