A friend of mine died last year of mesothelioma. He was 66.
Turns out he worked at a shipyard one summer after high school. The docs told him that those nearly three months were enough in that environment with relatively high exposure to do it.
Sad situation, took about 2 years to take him down...a lot of suffering.
