There used to be a vent whistle, a plastic part that could be installed inside the bowl.

Also, one piece of rubber hose, each end stuck over the bowl vent tubes, middle arced up, and a slash cut off in the center. The whole thing fits inside the air cleaner, slash near the air cleaner stud.
