I've read up a bit on meditation and such therapy. Seems the point is to get into the 'now'- not worried about the rent, or the kid's grades. So I figured that, when I'm pounding away, and don't want to stop to empty my bladder until it is ready to bust, I must be nearing Nirvana! OOOoom, Bang!,.. OOOom, Bang....
