It was there when the truck came to me, fire dept. must have mounted it. It's a home made rig, but looks to be well done. The filter is kind of odd looking inside, only two small holes at the top on the inside, besides the typical screw-in threads. The owner decided to keep it there instead of replacing with original canister.
