You can rent a hydraulic concrete cutting chain saw. You might have to cut from both side as I think it will only cut about 18" depth. I have used them a couple times and work pretty good.

you could also get a bid from a concrete cutting CO. They would bolt a track to the wall and run a 48" diamond blade wet saw. my guess is $450 for cutting alone.
