yes but you need to make a cap for what ever kind of master you are trying to pressurize. if early PW then you must find a sacrificial cap to thread a fitting into and weld the vent hole shut. or searche ebay for pressure bleeder adapter parts. professional pressure bleeders have multiple types of tops for all the different master cyls.
