change fluids alot and ad something like Bardahl to your oil and you should be abel to get lots of more miles. Friend of mine has a V10 Dodge 1 ton 4x4 dually with over 500K now and it still runs great. excellent maintenance. and he tows cows around the NW on the interstate regularly. not a grocery getter. I have seen many late model 318 powered dodges running great with 250K on the clock. My last Dakota I sold with 185K and still ran perfect.
