on a properly renewed engine and fuel system, there should be no fuel issue with a truck like this. there is a tank, a fuel pump and a carb in the mix. change all the rubber to modern material and you are set. there are resources to rebuild these items to be modern fuel compliant. spending 30k on a new truck gets you a new truck today not worth 30k tomorrow. if i had the garage, id consider the truck as a fair weather drive to work vehicle.
