what i did:
used dynamat in the doors - really gives a solid sound when closing.
used a foil/fiberglass sandwich for firewall - good for heat, would have better sound deadening using dynamat or line-x (commercial spray on bed liner)
used single sided foil/fiberglass under headliner & cab back - insulation and some sound deadening
line-x on floor - looks good, wears like iron, good low frequency vibration damping. still need to plug all gaps if you want less gear or road noise.
