Could be a bad coil like maybe somebody left the key on with 12 volt jumpers to long.
But first make sure the points are not corroded(oxidized) by monetarily grounding the breaker arm with points open.
Spark should jump at the coil wire.
If not, it vary well could be coil.
Most no spark situations are directly related to points issues.
