You are right, Glen. I did exactly that, and I'm a general contractor. I built my building when times were a little tougher, less work, 4 kids at home. As time passed I furred out walls, insulated wired and sheetrocked. Would have been cheaper and faster to do conventional framing, but at the time it wasn't possible.
