I guess nobody makes a tool for this. There is a guy who makes custom tools for old vehicles (custommachinecomponets.com). He has some tools for removing bezels from old Dodge trucks, but they won't work in this application.
Maybe, I will suggest that he create a tool, but I don't know how much demand there would be. I will probably try to make a tool myself.
