1952 flat fender questions

Is all the apparatus bolted to the underside of the hood supposed to be body color from the factory? or natural metal? or??? Also I need a correct water neck for a 1952 flat six engine(yes, what the radiator hose fits on =).) Correct engine color for 1952 flat fender?? Thanks folks!
