Adjust the brake shoes so they dont bind the drums. This may be difficult if the shoes have worn the drum badly enough to create a ridge that holds the shoes. Remove the three tapered-head cap screws with an impact wrench. Screw lag bolts into the other holes that go only through the drum, not the hub. These drive the drum off the hub. Screw each bolt a little way and then the others so the drum comes off evenly. A shot-filled hammer from the rear helps.

Before reassembling the drum to the hub, coat the surface with anti-sieze. Also coat the three cap screws. Good Luck!
