I found a complete M37 in a wrecking yard with a PTO winch and when I inquired about it the owner said that he could sell me any part from it that I wanted but that he couldn't sell me the whole truck because he doesn't have a dealers license. So what to do? Is there still a way around it that I can still get the truck in one piece?
