W300 FOR SALE

I have a chanc e to buy a 1964 W300. Truck has no bed, just cab and chassis. V-8, good sheet metal ,no dents no rust in or out runs and drives every thing works,but I have the flat fender pw's and I don't know How much one of these is worth. those who know please advise
