When my Dad was a plant manager at a PVC pipe plant he suspected one of the night shift employees was attempting to break into a conference room, probably to steal audio-visual equipment. Dad narrowed it down to a cetain work shift, then went out there & hid inside that conference room. When Dad returned home at midnight I asked "Did you catch him?" "I'm home ain't I?" was his reply. He said the guy was surprised to find him there hiding in the dark in that conference room. Dad fired his union tail right there on the spot. No mediation needed whatso ever!
Those "deer lease" cameras are everywhere in Texas. They do a good job of filming movement & last a long time between charges & can be fitted with a solar charger.
