pretty sure it does interfere and the winch would have to be installed incorrectly for it to work.
Also the POwer Wagon is a civilianized WC 3/4 ton 4x4. in keeping with the look of the 3/4 ton winch models they had the 2 different arrangements. only difference being the WCs had a long grill and a short grill rather than an extension
