I have two possible answers. One expensive and one less expensive, mabye even cheap.

1. I would go to a large auto paint supplier.
I dont care if its Dupont, PPG or ? Tell them what you just posted and ask them what they can supply to preserve the old patina and not let it go further.

2. Since I know, Money is no object to you.
Search the USA, far and wide and find a custom paint shop. One who does jaw dropping custom paint jobs. Tell him you want the truck stripped, properly prepped and then shot to totally look like a old used truck with the Patina you now have. Should not cost much, please post a picture when its done.
