I was cleaning out my garage attic a few weeks ago and ran across this tool that I bought decades ago, for whatever reason. It looks like a tool for collapsing a split rim. I haven't used it since I purchased it. Now, I'm on a kick to see if anyone wants/needs it. I folds into a compact 5" x 20" unit for easy shipping. Let me know!
