don't use it, nothing sticks to it, it still traps moisture and it's made to paint over rust not clean metal. Their own primer doesn't even stick to it. I'd never buy a vehicle that had POR on it just because I know people use it to paint over rust and didn't bother to get rid of the rust first. The rust is still there and still rusting. Use ospho, phosguard, The Must for Rust is what I use now (Home depot $7) wipe it off wet scotch brite it after it dries then some primer and paint. The electrolysis with washing soda seems to work good also(My opinion after 25 years of dealing with rust buckets)
