The problem, as I recall, is that the old wiring harnesses combine the #22 wires at the rear of the truck, so you have to run an additional wire to the front to separate the two stop lights so you can use them as turn signals. I think if you have 460/461 in the harness, like on M35s, you're good to go, but I'm not sure the M37s ever had that. I've rarely looked at an M37 with original wiring that was anything more than decomposed shreds anyway.
