Will, funny I asked the same question how much space between the cab and the running boards when I was doing my truck a few years ago and got no answer. So, I then looked at a bunch of PW pics and figured the space was around 3/4 to 1" which is what I went with. The cab mount blocks are variable too. I started with a chunk of 3/8 rubber under the rad support and worked my way back lining everything up as I set the cab, I don't remember what I actually ended up with for the block thickness, but it is what it is.
