I could have, but:
1. the oil pan would touch the front crossmember, require notching.
2. Upper radiator hose would be an awkward twist.
3. Block hugger headers dump exhaust right on top of front differential, creating a clearance problem with suspension travel. As is, the right header dumps over the pumpkin. For me this is not an imediate problem, as I made a very sharp bend in the exhaust pipe. But your engine is ~120 lbs heavier than mine.
4. Fan uncomfortably close to radiator. Would need to go with an electric push fan.
5. My 241 came with front motor mount off of water pump, side mount pads not drilled, so my front mounts would be much more complicated.
6. Would have to butcher the tranny cover. My shift lever is in stock position. Transfer case levers on custom bracket, no power take-off lever (yet).

That is all I can think of right now. As I stated before, the engine would fit nicely into a later PW with a longer nose. Article in the July & August Power Wagon Advertiser details the reasons and design trade-offs that I made (also the mistakes).
