sourcing Auto Lamp turnsignal lenses

Would appreciate some help locating some lenses. These are Auto Lamp (need 2red and 2 amber). They have lots of numbers on them.

Not sure which ones are important. They are 4 3/8" o/d and held in place with 3 screws.
