Correct bed length for FFPW

I bought a fizer upper that did not have the correct bed, but it was a Dodge bed.

The smooth sides measure 76-1/4" long, but the bed seems like it's about 15" too short for the truck.

I am going to make new sides using the old front and back corner weldments. Can someone tell me what the correct length of the sides should be?

I am working on a B4-126PW
