there are many many jet sizes available for the edelbrock carb. or you can install larger metering rods without carb disassembly. the fatter the rod the less fuel gets thru the jet. they have charts to determiine combos of rods and jets and waht the flow changes would be. the charts comes in the box usually with the carb
