I and some other talked in a thread way back about issues with new whl cyls. leaking. I have had some leak and that is why I will attempt rebuilding before going to "new" personally I think some new ones leak because4 of inferior rubber cups. the replacement cups at napa are much better than what I have seen come out of some "new' cylinders.
