The best hunting accident I attended too, was about 10 years ago. A (not too intelegent) hunter was carrying a 357 magnum pistol in a holster - loaded. He was packing his deer rifle and it raised up against the pistol, sitting it off in the holster.
It just about blew the guy's knee cap off.
Other interesting problems are when they pack around their loaded rifles in the pickups.
One rifle discharged with the muzzle pointing towards the center hump. The bullet ricocheted hitting the aluminum air intake maniford shattering it into pieces, which got sucked right into the tops of the cylinders, ruining the engine.
