Have you gone through the entire set up procedure with the shim/spacers setting for the rotational torque as specified in the manual. The same goes for setting up the
ring gear when you set it in place. There are rotational torque specs for the setup.
If you dont set it up properly, you can/will do damage. You cant do it without the manual, its a involved setup do be done right.
